Why are you here?
You are part of a pilot to test how market teams can manage website updates directly in WordPress. Today, many updates require support from the IBM team or other agencies. With this pilot, we want to understand:
- Can you complete tasks independently?
- Is the CMS easy to use?
- Are the rules clear?
This is not a test of you, but of the system. You can always find scenario details under the Self Service Support section under the header menu.
What can you do?
Content update
Edit text, Replace images, Update existing pages
Page creation
Create a new page, Use blocks, Edit Metadata, Select Structured Data
